Just click on the subscribe and deliver option and select your subscription intervals on the products you need. C6 will email you an invoice on the same day your subscription renews. Simply click to complete the order - we’ll ship it out right away, hassle-free.
If you don’t need a product, follow the cancellation link in your email notification. You can always reactivate your subscription if you wish to do so. You are in control of your orders. We will NOT automatically charge your credit card.

WE USE UPS, FEDEX AND CANADA POST FOR MOST DELIVERIES
If you’re ordering to a Post Office Box, we’ll arrange your delivery through Canada Post and the time of arrival for your package will vary. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is determined by the destination and weight of the parcel. Please note that a signature may be required when your order is received.

RETURNS
As the COVID-19 response continues to evolve, we reserve the right to make any necessary changes to this policy without prior disclaimer. We will continue to adapt our practices based on the guidelines established by the Public Health Agency of Canada and local authorities.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery or pick-up. The unused item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If you have opened the package and realize that you have received the wrong order, we will still accept a return.
Please call us at 1 877-529-9729 if you would like to return a shipment and have your order number ready so that we can assist you as quickly as possible. Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment.
