Our products are shipped across Canada from our C6 warehouse in the Niagara region: We use several couriers including UPS, FedEx, Canada Post and many more to ensure your orders arrive as soon as possible.
When will my order ship?
If you order by 4:00 PM (Mon.-Fri.) your order will ship the same day. *Some items have an est. delivery time of 7 days, therefore an entire order will be shipped once all available items are ready.
Cancelling Orders
Contact our Client relations team via chat or phone (1-877-529-9759). Outside of business hours, please email info@c6.ca with ‘CANCELATION OF ORDER #77713’ as the subject.
Note that we fulfill & ship all orders in 24 hours. If the order you wish to cancel has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Refusing Delivery, Unclaimed Orders, Incorrect Address
If you refuse your order upon delivery, or no one was available to accept your order despite multiple delivery attempts, or your order is left unclaimed at the shipping courier, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you may incur a re-shipping fee.

10-Business Day Return Policy
Product returns are eligible for a refund within 10 business days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment.

Product Must Be in Perfect Condition
All products returned to C6.ca must be in perfect condition. The unused item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Products
All PPE Face Masks (re-usable and disposable), All medical and personal care supplies, All Food & Snacks (including pantry items, beverages, and candy), Over-the-Counter Medications, Toilet Risers, Ostomy Products, Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified & Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.
Returning Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Customers must inspect products upon reception. If there is damage, a defect, or if it is the incorrect product, the customer must contact our customer care team within 10 days of reception. Arrangements will be made to return the damaged, defective, or incorrect product free of charge, and we will allocate the customer a full refund.
*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
