As the COVID-19 response continues to evolve, we reserve the right to make any necessary changes to this policy without prior disclaimer. We will continue to adapt our practices based on the guidelines established by the Public Health Agency of Canada and local authorities.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept a return or exchange within ten days of delivery or pick-up. The unused item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If you’ve opened the package and realize that you’ve received the wrong order due to a warehouse error, we will accept a return. Due to the nature of the majority of the products on the site, we do not offer returns on all medical and personal care supplies.
Please call us at 1-877-529-9729 if you would like to return a shipment. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a resulting from a C6.ca error. Have your order number ready so that we can assist you as quickly as possible. Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment once returned goods are received and seen to be in good and resalable condition.
