We accept returns of unopened and unused products up to 10 business days after the date of purchase.
Where a return is possible, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you, to facilitate return of the item(s) to c6medical.ca
We cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:
- All PPE Face Masks (re-usable and disposable)
- All Food & Snacks (incl. pantry items, beverages, candy)
- Over-The-Counter Medications
- Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer.
If you would like to make a return request, please email info@c6medical.ca with your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. One of our Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!
