Is it safe to provide my credit card and personal information online?

It is absolutely safe to use your credit card on our website. All sensitive information is transferred using the same encryption and physical security used by financial institutions.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, AMEX, ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopPay and Interac E-Transfer. If you prefer to use a different method, please call us at 1 877 529-9759.

What is your price adjustment Policy?

Price adjustments will be granted within 14 days of delivery or local pick-up of your orders. Certain conditions and exceptions may apply.

When will my order be invoiced?

Your order will be invoiced as soon as it has been placed.

Will I receive a confirmation for my order?

An order confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been placed.

Do you offer samples?

If you’re ordering in bulk, there are circumstances when we can offer a sample first. Give us a call at 1 877 529-9759 and we’ll work out all the details.

I am on ODSP. Can I still order off the website?

Yes, of course! Third party insurance billings are evaluated on an individual basis. The protocol to bill these insurance companies is different and evaluated case-by-case. In some cases, we can do direct billing. If not, you’ll have the option to pay upfront and then get reimbursed by your personal insurance plan. Most private insurance companies require you to have a doctor’s prescription with diagnosis, a receipt and a claim form designed by the company. Please select the products you require and upon checkout click INSURANCE. We will contact you for more details.

What happens if I lose my gift card? will not replace the value on a gift card in case of loss, theft or unauthorized use.

Shipping + Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?

We aim to deliver our products in a timely and economical manner. All items ship via UPS with some exceptions to customer locations that might ship via Canada Post. Please visit our Shipping + Delivery page for more information.

How much are shipping fees?

Shipping fees vary by product and delivery destination, which can be determined by entering your postal code when viewing your shopping cart.

Are taxes charged on shipping fees?

Applicable provincial and federal sales taxes are applicable on delivery fees.

Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?

Yes! Canada Post will be servicing you at the nearest postal office where applicable.

How can I check the status of my order?

Login to your account to check the status of an order.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

Please CONTACT US as soon as possible if you change your mind and decide to cancel or modify your order. We will be happy to provide you with suitable options based on the status of your order. Additional fees may apply to modifications being made to an order that has already been scheduled for delivery.

What is the pick-up process for online orders?

Upon checking out your cart, there will be an option to pick-up from our main warehouse (which is in St Catharines, ON). You will receive an SMS notification once your order is ready for pick-up at the warehouse. Your email receipt is required at the time of pick-up.

Returns + Exchanges

It’s simple: we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

What is the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within ten days of delivery or pick-up, upon presentation of the original receipt. The unused item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment. Customers are responsible for the applicable delivery fees for the return or exchange of the product(s) that want to be returned.

How can I return merchandise?
