The upper leg bag holders have two measurements: an upper thigh (groin) and a lower thigh (just above the knee)

Please note: The items are made from a flexible cotton & Lycra blend fabric. Your measurements can be slightly larger (up to 1”) than those stated and still fit; however, they cannot be smaller as then the item will be too loose and slip down the leg. If your measurements are in between the stated sizes, choose the smaller size.

These leg bag holders are a simple and cost effective solution to a difficult problem. They prevent contact between the leg bag and the skin; this reduces sweating while allowing the skin to breathe freely. Their unique construction provides a simple method for securing a urine collection bag to the leg without the use of leg straps which are often the cause of circulation restriction in some individuals.

Broad elasticated cotton bands combined with a stretchable fabric ensure the urine bag is secured firmly, but comfortably to the leg. These holders can be worn on the inner or outer side of the leg. Each holder is made from a durable blend of 95% cotton and 5% lycra that allows them to be hand or machine washed.
