Directions:
(Adults) Take one (1) capsule once a day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food.

Medical Ingredients:
Medicinal Ingredients Per Capsule: Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 60 mg, Folate (Folic Acid) 400 mcg, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 8 mcg, Iron (Iron (II) Bisglycinate) 28 mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Croscarmellose Sodium, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate, Mannitol, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide.
