Directions:
- Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
- Adults: Drink 1 cup 1-2 times daily. Anti-nausea use: Take a single dose 30 minutes before travel.
