If you don’t need a product, follow the cancellation link in your email notification. You can always reactivate your subscription if you wish to do so. You are in control of your orders. We will NOT automatically charge your credit card.

Shipping + Returns
There’s a secret to our super-fast shipping.
Our products are shipped across Canada from our C6 warehouse in the Niagara region in Ontario. Our team uses a number of couriers including UPS, FedEx, Canada Post and many more so your items arrive as quickly as possible.
Most orders placed within the GTA are delivered the day after the order is placed. Any order received before 1PM during the week will most likely be delivered within 1-3 business days anywhere in Canada (some exceptions apply for more remote areas within Canada or when delivering to a PO Box).

As the COVID-19 response continues to evolve, we reserve the right to make any necessary changes to this policy without prior disclaimer. We will continue to adapt our practices based on the guidelines established by the Public Health Agency of Canada and local authorities.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept a return or exchange within 10 business days of delivery or pick-up. The unused item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If you’ve opened the package and realized that you’ve received the wrong order due to a warehouse error, we will accept a return. Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment.
